Love your possessions more than people?

I feel sad for vain humans.

As I am a writer and a poet, I have the privilege of not working 9 to 5.  I work when I want to, where I want to.  My family and friends know this - and sometimes they take advantage of this flexibility!

I don't mind at all as it gives me a break from my writing.

On the last 2 or 3 such occasions, I drove someone to the doctors.  As there wasn't any other car parking, I parked outside the drive way.   An old lady came out saying "can you move your car - I need to move my car."  I drove around several times and noticed that the lady had not moved her car even 1 inch.

The same thing happened on the second and third visit.  I concluded that this lady was so vain and so obsessed that anyone should park near her driveway.  On one of this visits, I parked nearby for around 35 minutes and she never went in her car even once.
