• Free or paid web space (e.g., geocities, etc.)

• Prescribed reading - you must have the following two before you start the course: How To Make Money From Freelance Writing and Affiliate Intelligence

• Optional book reading (You should read additional books and materials if you find that you don't have enough knowledge to benefit fully from the course).

• The course does not include technical support (e.g., creating web pages, uploading pages, etc.). There are many resources our Writing Mentors point to that you may use to learn about such matters.

• The course will be conducted via email / Internet / feedback forms as deemed appropriate by our Writing Mentors

• The Writing Mentors will provide a maximum of two hours support for the entire duration of the course. That includes time taken with emails, feedback, marking assignments, suggestions, research, etc. The student should therefore use this allocation carefully. For instance, do not send more than one or two email support requests per week. Additional support can be purchased in units (one unit=twenty minutes).

• The student must complete the assignments in a timely fashion. The course will close six weeks after it starts - support from Writing Mentors will not be available after that even if the support entitlement has not been used up by the student.

• Once you book the course, it reserves your place. Refunds are not given.

• If we cancel a course for any reason, a refund will be given.

• We reserve the right to cancel any enrolment without having to give any reason - and we will not enter into any communications about this.

• If a student is abusive, fails to follow instructions, etc. the Writing Mentors will not be obliged to help any further - and refunds are not made under such circumstances. 99% of students don't have a problem - they want to succeed - and we are here to help.
