Poetry has always been in fashion and there is always good demand for exceptionally good Poets.

You can find Poetry Publishers by searching the Internet or by getting the Writers and Artists Yearbook or the Writers Handbook. Search these and other terms (like Poems, Poetry, etc.) at

How much can I expect to earn from Poetry?

That depends on you! As a guideline, many Poets only earn a few thousand $$ for a 100 page poetry book. They also earn from "appearances", that is, they attend Poetry events, read their Poems, fans buy their books - and they get paid. Not a lot, mind you!

The smartest Poets can earn $2000+ for one poem. It depends how well they write - and what they do with the poem - see the FREE updates link below. 

There are 1000s of poetry publishers around the world - and even more online. However, many of the online publishers are happy to make money at the expense of the poets. They will publish your work - and they will keep all the money.

Also, beware of "vanity publishers" - publishers who charge you to publish your work. If your work is any good, you should be paid - not the other way around. If it isn't any good, why bother getting it published?
