Using everyday ingredients, they don't cost the Earth! 1) Keeping it Clean Effective cleansing can make more difference than expensive creams. Chamomile tea works really well, and is used by beauty therapists. It can be used warm or cold, making it excellent for year round use. Suitable for most sensitive and delicate skin-types. Steep a chamomile flower tea bag for five minutes. Remove the bag and use immediately, or after allowing it to cool. 2) Cool as a cucumber The humble cucumber is an excellent ingredient for face
treatments. It is cooling and softening. It moisturises the skin, and it is
excellent for sunburn. This simple recipe is common in Asian spas. Skin and
blend the cucumber to a pulp. Add 5 drops of pure essential oil (Lavender, Rose
Chamomile, Geranium are all good). You can add Aloe Vera or Honey for added
effect. Use immediately, and leave on for 30 minutes. This recipe works really well. Take a handful of oatmeal and
mix it with a table spoon of natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of olive oil. For
added luxury try a drop of essential oil - Sandalwood, Frankincense, Rose all
work wonders on the face. Use immediately in a scrubbing action, leave for
